What Is The Gold Program?
Under Q360's Gold Certified Preowned Program, the press will be extensively surveyed via our preowned certification checklist, evaluated, and transparently presented prior to commitment.
Q360 will perform a comprehensive mechanical and operational inspection of the press, including but not limited to gearboxes, bearings, width-related components, belts, switches, bladders, gauges, and overall machine functionality such as unwind/rewind tension, web guiding, main drive motor, drive systems, and anilox motors.
What You Receive
Detailed Condition Report: A comprehensive report outlining the current state of the machine, identifying any worn or non-functional components, along with recommended repairs and associated costs.
Your Choice: As-Is or Refurbished: Proceed with the equipment as-is or approve repairs prior to shipment. You control what you spend.
Cleaned, Prepared & Tested: The press will be cleaned, prepared, and tested, and confirmed to be complete and operational prior to shipment from Q360.
Live Job FAT (Factory Acceptance Test): Buyers are encouraged to send an operator to Q360's facility with ink, substrate, plates, and any required materials to run a live job and fully validate the press prior to shipment.
