What Is The Platinum Program?
The press will be sold fully cleaned, sanded, repainted, serviced, and tested prior to shipment from Q360.
Service includes, but is not limited to, installation of new print, die, and sheeter station gearing; new impression rolls; new airlines and drawer locking cylinders; new rubber on all rubber rollers; and new line shaft couplers.
In addition, all critical components will be inspected and serviced, with items repaired or replaced as necessary to ensure the equipment is complete and fully operational prior to shipment. This includes, but is not limited to, gearboxes, bearings, width-related components, belts, switches, bladders, gauges, and overall machine functionality such as unwind/rewind tension, web guiding, main drive motor, drive systems, and anilox motors.
Final customer approval and acceptance will be completed prior to shipment from Q360.
