The Path to First Print

1. Pre-Installation Site Prep
We review your floor plans and utility drops to ensure the site is 100% ready before the trucks arrive, avoiding costly delays.

2. Placement & Rough Leveling
The press units are set on their footprints, joined together, and roughly leveled to establish the centerline of the machine.

3. Precision Squaring & Anchoring
Using precision levels and lasers, we fine-tune the alignment across all stations before permanently anchoring the press to the floor.

4. Utility Tie-in & Dry Testing
Once powered, we run the press without web or ink to check motor rotation, emergency stops, and basic mechanical functions.

5. Wet-Run & Hand-off
We assist your operators during the first "wet" run, ensuring the ink delivery, drying, and registration systems are performing to spec.
