Our warranty for parts is 30 days from the date of shipment. Please notify us immediately of any damaged shipment and or defective parts you may receive. We will do everything in our power to remedy the defect immediately. Before returning any item, please obtain a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Defective parts sent back for replacement need to be shipped prepaid to Q360 Group. Any shipment sent COD, unfortunately, will not be accepted at our location. All replacements parts covering warranty will be sent UPS ground, prepaid by Q360 Group. ALL returned defective parts will be inspected by our Quality Assurance Department before any credit will be given.
