Alaina and Cooper Ludwig Named to FTA's Rising 20 Class of 2026

The future of flexo depends on people who understand the whole operation, from the warehouse floor to the customer's pressroom. Two of them lead Q360 Group.

Alaina Ludwig, Vice President & General Manager, and Cooper Ludwig, Vice President of Q360 Group & Rotocon USA, have been named to the Flexographic Technical Association's Rising 20 Class of 2026. The program recognizes emerging leaders shaping the next generation of flexographic printing, and both profiles appear in the September 2026 issue of FLEXO Magazine.

Alaina Ludwig: Every Side of the Business

Alaina's career started in the warehouse, driving forklifts. Over 15 years in the flexographic industry, she has worked across operations, sales, customer service, technology, and strategy before stepping into general management at Q360.

Her nomination highlights the projects that changed how Q360 presents itself and serves customers: rebranding the company website, expanding its e-commerce capabilities, and restructuring customer service into a more collaborative, team-based model. She also helped grow Q360's pressroom supplies business, including the plate mounting tape category.

Just as important is the culture she has built. Alaina is recognized for the time she invests in employee engagement and recognition, creating a workplace where people enjoy coming to work and feel comfortable contributing ideas. Her standard for change is simple: it should make the organization stronger and help the people and partners it affects.

Cooper Ludwig: Building Rotocon's U.S. Presence

At 29, Cooper already has 11 years in the printing industry. He was instrumental in securing Q360's exclusive U.S. distribution rights for Rotocon equipment, then built the brand's presence in a new market, handling everything from the website and branding to sales strategy, customer relationships, and coordination with Rotocon overseas.

On the equipment side, Cooper leads with what the customer actually needs. Through Q360's Silver Preowned Broker Program, Q360's Gold Certified Preowned Program, and Q360's Platinum Rebuild & Restoration Program, he helps printers match an investment to their budget, production requirements, and long-term plans.

"I'm not going to try to squeeze someone into a shoe that doesn't fit," he says.

Cooper is also helping develop a dedicated U.S. demonstration center, where printers will be able to see equipment in person and get technical support and training before they invest.
