EMPOWERING PRESSROOM PRODUCTIVITY: Acquisition adds a specialized anilox and pressroom cleaning catalog, on-site training, and three decades of hands-on flexo expertise to Q360’s full-service platform
EGG HARBOR TOWNSHIP, N.J., October 7, 2026 — Q360 Group, a full-service flexographic printing solutions partner, today announced its acquisition of The Flexo Factor, a Monroe, North Carolina-based provider of flexographic cleaning supplies, pressroom equipment, and on-site training and consulting. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
The Flexo Factor brings 30 years of anilox cleaning research and a full catalog of anilox, plate, and press cleaning products, together with the online purchasing portal, on-site training, consulting, and technical help line that have made it a trusted resource for printers and converters.
The transaction is the latest step in Q360’s acquisition program led by CEO Todd Sweeney to build a single-source pressroom partner for flexographic printers and converters. The Flexo Factor strengthens Q360’s Consumables & Supplies pillar, which sits alongside its Parts, Equipment, and Services pillars, and expands on the cleaning solutions already offered through its Supercell ultrasonic roll cleaning systems. Q360 also carries a complete range of tapes as a licensed 3M Master Distributor, alongside Tesa and other leading brands. The result is a single partner for the supplies that keep presses clean, the equipment that runs them, and the parts and service that keep them productive.
For The Flexo Factor’s customers, nothing changes on day one: the same team, products, online purchasing portal, and technical help line remain in place, with Q360’s parts, equipment, and field service now available through a single relationship. Q360’s existing customers gain immediate access to The Flexo Factor’s cleaning catalog and anilox expertise, backed by the dependable support they have come to rely on.
“The Flexo Factor has spent 30 years solving one of the most persistent problems in the pressroom: keeping anilox rolls and plates clean so presses run at full productivity,” said Todd Sweeney, Chief Executive Officer of Q360 Group. “Steve and his team built a brand that converters trust, and we intend to build on it, not change it. This acquisition continues our strategy of partnering with founder-led businesses that share our commitment to the flexographic industry, and we welcome conversations with owners who are thinking about their next chapter.”
Cengiz Selman, a director of Q360 Group, added, “Q360 has the capital, integration playbook, and patience to do this well. For owners, that means a clear set of criteria, a straight answer on fit, and a partner that can move from first conversation to close with certainty.”
“Q360 shares our focus on the people running the press,” said Steven Wilkinson, Owner and President of The Flexo Factor. “Joining Q360 gives our customers access to parts, equipment, and field service alongside the cleaning products and training they already count on, and it gives our team the resources to serve them even better and allows The Flexo Factor to achieve its full potential.”
Jeff Ludwig, Founder and President of Q360 Group, commented, “I built Q360 from the ground up, and when the time came to bring in partners, what mattered to me was growing the company’s legacy of serving its customers to the utmost while looking after the people who built Q360 with me. That is exactly what has happened. Steve will find the same thing: the resources get bigger, and the handshake stays the same.”
